Folder level permissions are very important to my opinion. This is key to a professional project management. You need this if you want to share documents with the three parties project manager, client and service providers.

A few comments:

-Would love to see folder level permissions
-Also, can’t drag and drop mac mail emails directly from mac mail- which would be nice
-The task manager can be a little annoying. Maximum you can postpone a reminder is for 1 hour. You don’t necessarily have to be reminded every hour of a task due in 2 weeks!

I’m not sure what your plans are but I think the discussion tool needs improvement? It should support fully threaded (hierarchical) discussion items. Discussion items should be editable (not just held in the list after being submitted). It should be possible to include weblinks (already provided), simple pictures, and cross links to other workplace entries within a space.

Without these feature Collanos will always be restricted in comparison to other collaborative p2p tools.

Wiki is very successful
For example: List Of Operating Systems wiki
you will find only two operating systems in the world:
Unix, Window ! And they are all US trusted operating system!
how about linux? it is just baby of window and unix.
there is no third platform. How about suse, red hat, bsd and so and so? all cousins.
ANd Mac? he is the uncle now.
