The case that you've described is not really connected to Collanos. It becomes impossible to import contacts after some lull in Social Network usage. It is possible to fix it. 1. Login under you social network account on the correspondent site; 2. Change your password; 3. Issue is with new Invite function - cannot invite contacts from Facebook, LinkedIn or email addressbooks (Face book message states Workplace cannot get addresses; email systems require conversion to neutral format prior to loading - any way to get this function to work smoothly?
